AI Media OS is a private workspace operated by Michael Parker. Use is limited to the owner and people authorised by the owner. It is not a public mailbox or messaging service.

Connected accounts

Connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage. Keep your access password and provider credentials secure. Google, Microsoft, your mail provider and optional connected services also apply their own terms.

Email and briefings

You decide what to send, file or delete using the email controls. Review recipients, attachments and content before sending. Briefings are a convenience: scan limits, unavailable providers and AI mistakes can leave information incomplete. Check the original messages before acting on a summary.

AI processing and Telegram delivery are optional settings. Their availability and any provider charges depend on your configuration. Turning off delivery does not remove messages already sent to Telegram.
